GENERAL TERMS

FOR ACCOMMODATION AND USE OF ZLATNA RIBKA CAMPSITE/ GOLDEN FISH ROYAL CAMPSITE

1. The prices shall include:

• • Parking for one vehicle
  • Up to four registered persons per pitch per night
  • Electricity supply using the holidaymakers’ own equipment (cable and reel) to connect a caravan, campervan, tent, etc., to a single Schuko/Euro socket – 16 A/3 kW. All distribution boards are protected by Residual Current Devices (RCDs).
  • Water supply (using the holidaymakers’ own equipment to connect a caravan, campervan, or tent)
  • Use of sanitary facilities (showers and WC)
  • Access to a Wi-Fi network
  • Refuse collection
  • Insurance

2. All tourists at Zlatna Ribka Campsite/ Golden Fish Royal Campsite shall pay a tourist tax upon check-in (registration at the reception desk).

3. Upon booking and check-in, the tourist shall be obliged to familiarise themselves with the Internal Rules and Regulations of Zlatna Ribka Campsite/ Golden Fish Royal Campsite, which are published on the website and displayed in a prominent place at reception desk, as well as to read and accept the General Terms for using the campsite. The completion of this review and acceptance shall be certified by the tourist in a completed, signed, and submitted written statement in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. In this statement, the tourist consents to the storage and processing of their personal data, including through CCTV surveillance.

4. A booking shall be deemed valid once the person making the booking has accepted the General Terms and it has been confirmed by Zlatna Ribka Campsite/ Golden Fish Royal Campsite. The booking shall be deemed accepted on the day the payment is received via bank transfer or in cash at the reception desk. Following an enquiry by the person making the booking for a specific period, they will receive an email or SMS containing the bank details, the payment ground, and the exact amount due for the requested stay. A booking shall be demmed accepted if paid within 3 working days of receiving the payment notification.

5. All services at the campsite must be prepaid in cash at the reception desk or via bank transfer prior to check-in, and are inclusive of VAT.

6. No refunds shall be issued for services paid in advance!
